Our services include a full management service, a letting only service which is the initial stages until the tenants receive keys to the property, and a comprehensive guide to letting your property.

Rental properties come in all shapes and sizes, from private studio apartments to spacious villas, summer cottages, cabins and mansions. We have large collaborations with various motels where we manage the entire tenant flow. Often the entire hotel/motel is booked up by one and the same major customer. So yes.. we manage and offer all types of accommodations to all types of tenants. Logirent AB is also co-owned by a property owner who has a bunch of properties around Sweden, we manage these homes entirely on our own and we are our own landlord and tenant

We first and foremost offer accommodation in Sweden, here is our team located and we have the most experience and the largest collaborations all around Sweden, but we also have collaboration partners abroad, and we fore sure take on all requests no matter where in the world it is, so don't hesitate to challenge our team!
